Located on the sweeping Seminyak beach it is blessed with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean. Its contemporary design of floor to ceiling sliding glass doors throughout the villa offer a panoramic view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. |

The manicured lawn, that literally spills out onto the beach, is punctuated with three towering coconut palms and two fragrant frangipani trees. The enticing 75m2, infinity-edge swimming pool is lined with rustic Java stone and bordered by a timber deck. |

The Beach House sleeps 8 comfortably in four master bedrooms, each kitted out with kingsized beds facing the beach. Glass doors slide open onto a Palimanan stone balcony or spacious terraces furnished with day beds – THE place for some private sun worship. Every bedroom has ensuite bathrooms, each with its own personal characteristics ranging from a huge terrazzo tub under the stars, to bathing within a walled garden complete with towering palm trees. |

The living room is flooded with natural light through the glass doors that when pushed back create a semi alfresco area. Furnished with a deep cushioned L-shaped sofa and ottoman and other hand selected pieces and artwork this open plan room is both stylish and comfortable. |

If you want to surround yourself with some other beautiful people at sunset then stroll a few minutes down the beach to one of the internationally acclaimed restaurants such as Ku Dé Ta, Hu’u Bar and La Lucciola. The Beach House is also conveniently located for some of Bali’s main shops and there is the added bonus of having some great sporting options nearby, including horseback riding, golf courses, tennis courts, dive schools, and sailing cruises to name a few. |
