Situated in the rice terraces of the Umalas district the villa is not far from the airport and close to the main shopping and restaurant disctrict of Seminyak. The villa is located within a two villa complex that share a driveway and parking area. |

There are 3 bedrooms (1 ensuite and the others with a shared bathroom) and a large open plan sitting area with a mezzanine floor suitable for lying back and allowing the world to pass you by. The master suite has a king size four poster bed and sliding floor to ceiling doors that lead out onto a private terrace. The bathroom has a sunken tub as well as a shower and views over a lovely lilly pond. |

The gardens are gorgeous. Manicured and vibrantly tropical at the same time and just the other side of the boundary walls are the incredibly beautiful terraced paddy fields. |
